How to adjust your ring

  1. Hold the ring at both open ends.
  2. Gently press the ends together to make it smaller, or ease them apart to make it larger.
  3. Adjust in small steps and try it on in between. Avoid bending it back and forth many times.

How to find your size

  1. Wrap a strip of paper or string around the base of your finger.
  2. Mark where it overlaps and measure the length in millimeters. This is your circumference.
  3. Or measure the inside diameter of a ring that already fits you well.
  4. Find the closest number in the chart. Between two sizes? Choose the larger one.
